We offer self-contained villas with daily housekeeping, providing clean and comfortable accommodation. Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Whether to cook or not is up to you. Our kitchens come complete with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and more. We also provide glassware for adults and child-friendly options for kids. Feel free to use the cooking facilities during your stay.

Certainly! All our villas feature either private or shared pools, meticulously maintained and cleaned on a daily basis for your comfort and enjoyment.

Each villa features an electronic safe with a customizable 4-digit code for secure storage of your belongings. While we prioritize the safety of our guests, please use the provided safe for valuable items. Please note that the management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Additionally, CCTV cameras monitor the external grounds, and security guards are stationed on a rotational basis for added security.

Villas offer unparalleled space compared to hotels, providing greater value for your money. Unlike most 3-5 star hotels, which rarely offer discounts, villas provide ample space for families at a more affordable rate. Moreover, with the recent pandemic, private luxury villas are in high demand due to increased emphasis on social distancing. Opting for a villa with a private pool ensures a safer and more exclusive experience compared to crowded hotel pools.

In terms of dining, cooking in a self-catered villa allows guests to maintain control over hygiene and dietary preferences. Whether it’s adhering to specific diets like Jain, gluten-free, or vegetarian, or catering to allergies, guests have the flexibility to prepare meals according to their needs. Additionally, cooking children’s meals or serving food at odd hours is more convenient in a villa setting.

Booking Questions

After confirming your booking, we’ll provide our bank details for payment. To secure the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee must be transferred to our account. The remaining 50% is payable in cash upon arrival. Payment should be completed within 5 hours to secure your booking; failure to do so may result in the opening of the booking to other guests. If there’s a delay, kindly inform us within this timeframe.

Once the booking is confirmed, all rental payments are non-refundable. We advise confirming your dates before finalizing your booking. If you need to leave the villa early, a refund is only possible if we secure another booking for the same period and amount. We suggest acquiring holiday insurance to cover expenses in case of trip cancellation due to sickness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances affecting you, your family, or travel companions.

Unfortunately, complimentary airport pickup is not included in our rental prices. However, we can assist in arranging airport pickup or daily rentals through a third-party provider after your booking is confirmed. Payment for these services will need to be made directly to the rental company.

C forms are mandatory for all foreign nationals, including OCI and PIO holders, as per the regulations set by the Government of Goa. These forms must be completed and submitted on the day of arrival. To expedite the process during check-in, please provide the following information beforehand:

Guests must provide the total number of occupants, including children, at the time of booking. Additional guests will not be accommodated upon arrival. Only government-issued IDs with a full address and photo will be accepted. PAN cards are not valid.

1.1 For Indian Nationals (Indian Passport holders), original IDs such as passport, election card, or driving license are required. These IDs must be issued by the Government of India and contain a photo.

1.2 For Foreign Nationals (Non-Indian Passport holders, including OCI and NRI holders), three items are necessary: photocopies of passport and visa, and a completed C form. Only passports are accepted as ID.

Additionally, according to an order by the district magistrate, north Goa, dated January 1st, 2014, all accommodations must require guests to provide government identity proof upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in legal consequences under section 188 of the Indian penal code.

Pricing & Payments

Unfortunately, no reduction in the price will be accepted if the number of individuals decreases after the booking is confirmed for a specific number of people. This policy is implemented for two reasons. Firstly, we prioritize bookings with a higher number of guests. Secondly, similar to hotels based on double occupancy, where cancellations typically do not result in refunds, we follow a consistent policy.

We strictly adhere to the policy of confirming the number of guests, including children, at the time of booking. If the number of guests increases after confirmation, please inform us immediately so we can assess if accommodation is possible before your arrival. Please be aware that we cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of our villas.

Extra guests cannot be accommodated upon arrival at the premises. We urge you to arrange alternative accommodations for additional guests beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. Failure to disclose additional guests may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit, and any differences in rent must be paid accordingly.

Certainly! We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can make payments using Credit Cards or Direct Online Payments through PAYU and PAYPAL.

PAYU provides various gateways for card transactions, including Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex credit cards, as well as all debit cards including Maestro. Additionally, there are over 33 net banking options available. Please note that a 3% transaction fee applies to payments made by credit cards.

PAYPAL is a global e-commerce platform that facilitates payments and money transfers online. Payments must be made in USD, and there is a 5% USD transaction fee from your end, which will be included in the booking amount.

Alternatively, you can opt to make payment directly to our bank account via Cash, Cheque, or Online Transfer from any location in India or abroad.

 
 
 
 
 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for a 20% payment to confirm the booking. We require a 50% payment upfront to secure your reservation, which is non-refundable. This policy ensures that we prioritize guests committed to their booking, as we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Please be certain of your plans before making your reservation.
